Got me a TDM900 with ABS. :D

20230429_113222.jpg

Runs and rides, although I've only rode it 60 yards, in reasonably decent condition tbh. 47,000 miles.  Chain and rear brake were quite rusty so I've cleaned them up a bit. Rear suspension linkage looks very rusty so I'll be sorting that out soon. Flaky engine paint and a dented right side exhaust can but other than that, all good.
Oh,and  some previous owner has attempted to modify the seat foam and I just know the shap edges are going to cut off my circulation at some point.
All panels are scratch free, rear tyre great, Mick fitted a new front tyre. CSM works.  Predator cans sound awesome :yeahbaby:

No fault codes but I do have the ABS light flashing, then not flashing.  Thinking its probably an electrical connector.

MOT on Tuesday, wish me luck.

Yesss. My fz1 did exactly this. Thought I had expensive problems until I swapped it back for OEM.

Regarding ABS light flashing, mine did that after running the bike in gear on the centre stand (after chain replacement), which freaked me out, but I took the bike for a short ride and all came good (warning went off). My theory was that software couldn't fathom one wheel stationary and another rotating. (That's what I told myself anyway). Member Riggers did a post about freeing rear suspension.

Interesting.  That's what's happening to mine.  Will take it for a good run before my MOT on Tuesday.
