Anyone know the angle of the exhaust bend on the standard 900 exhausts?

I'm going to fit aftermarket exhausts and need to know the "bend' configuration coming from under the engine to the exhaust inlet.

I got link pipes made up for my aftermarket pipes. See pic. They have a 10 degree bend and I think they are spot on. I am just about to put them up for sale if you haven't already bought pipes. £100 complete. Ali

Damn! I already bought the mufflers from Motea. Just need the link pipes now.

That setup on your bike is just what I'm after.

So - 10% angle then.

What's the OD on those link pipes?

Are you selling the pipes and mufflers for £100, or just the link pipes?

Selling the whole lot for £100. I can dig out the exact spec of the link pipes I got made up. Bought them from a company on Ebay.

This is the link for the link pipes - MIJ Exhausts. I'll need to measure the length, but the ID to fit on the TDM downpipes is 38mm. The other end will be to fit your exhausts. Mine were 52mm IIRC.

By the way, did you have to alter the CO with those aftermarket cans on?

The CO setting only adjusts mixture at low rpm with low load.

The oxygen sensor in the downpipe tells the ECU to adjust the fueling if necessary

900 with better bits. Owes me nothing, Makes me smile

so in essence, no need to recalibrate the CO after fitting aftermarket pipes then?

I'm regretting buying those aftermarket mufflers from MOTEA now that I've seen what you're selling. I think yours are the same mufflers as the ones I'm buying. Plus I have to buy the intermediate pipes as well. It'll end up costing me twice what you're asking for basically the same thing.

Do you still have your set for sale?
