A few on here have used Revs Racing for rear suspension refurbs and would recommend their work and customer service.  http://www.revsracing.co.uk/

ABE might also be worth looking into.  I'm sure someone on here has recommended them in the past.

Morning stedium, , rebuild those forks yourself. Not difficult at all. Pre-order all the parts you need, take your time.
This way you have total control over the whole process, and it's a great learning experience. Plenty of info on here and You Tube. Can't comment on powder coaters in your area, many here can help. Good luck and have fun. Pd G.😎

Time and patience for fiddly jobs tend to work against me, I know I can do it but it would annoy the hell out of me possibly resulting in bits of TDM fork bouncing off the garage walls - I know myself quite well

TW Suspension of Preston just did my tiger. Excellent friendly service, and an excellent job.
All of this do it yourself is not a patch on a professional job. I have never seen such a transformation in a bike. I will never try myself again.

For powdercoating i use Covanhill powder coaters. I know a few local bike shops do too. Very helpful, reasonably priced and they'll tell you what to do to prep the parts (how to mask areas off and to fit screws into any threads)

MCT, they don't do powder coating in house but I imagine they could send it off. They'll rebuild and valve and spring your forks to suit though. It would be like riding a new bike.

Very wise thinking. Clint Eastwood said it best, , "A man's gotta know his limitations."
That's from the 3rd Dirty Harry flix i think. 😎
