Nope. Or rather a 2006 R1 lever won't. There are a lot of different R1 models though.

Seems the 9'er clutch lever is unique.

Any particular reason?

 

If its for the adjuster a ZZR 600 does, with only minor wiring modding - there's a thread somewhere...

I assume you have the original brake lever?

 

I've got something similar to this:

£30 for the pair - CNC alu, and both are adjustable.

Mine were a little cheaper, but came from China.
