Help Topic: Not receiving Carpe emails?

Automated emails are sent nearly instantly.
If you provided the correct emailadress and the carpe email is still not appearing in your inbox check your spam/junkmail box as perhaps your email client marks carpe email as junkmail.

if so, then mark that email as NOT JUNK/SPAM.
what usually helps is adding the carpe emailadress to your adressboook.
