Starting to feel like a trampoline
Not really wanting to spend too much so after a bit of googling
came across company called Bike Revival they sell a shock from Betor
I've e-mailed them looking a price etc
Just wondering if anyone has used them / heard anything about them etc

Fixitsan on here reported favourably on a refurbishment of his OE unit by Dunfermline Motorcycles - go search for his report.
Yup and I'll probably do the same again with Muddy's old unit.
3 years after the refurb, and 15k miles, the adjusters are still effective across the range. £80 well spent
900 with better bits. Owes me nothing, Makes me smile

Wasn't sure if it could be rebuilt
Got an email back gave me a few choices / Brands
Hagon - 2 year warranty £ 277 - made to order
M shock - 2 year warranty £ 339- made to order
YSS - 2year warranty £ 279
Wilbers (Ecoline ) £ 331
Wilbers £ 428. - made to order
Fournales - £ 585
So plenty of choice / research still to do
Although the Wilbers at £428 +Fournales at £ 585
won't really be considered
To be honest never really adjusted any shock on Bike's that I've had
So basic set up will do
I even ran about for a week with the shock on my Divvy split in 2 apart from a Couple of cable ties !
Probably gonna wait until January before buying coz I just got another bloody screw in my rear tyre second one on a 2 month old Tyre

This could be fixed with a cheap kit in ~10 mins. !

got a M Shock you give some basic info weight one or two up if normally loaded riding style and they set it to that as a base line for your own adjustments
with the instructions is how to return it to baseline if you mess it up

Well versed in the use of these kits my back tyres are getting to be screw magnets think the record was 5 , of course they usually are off centre
at the limits of what should be plugged

The instructions would definitely be required
Now that's very useful info - stuff like that has to be taken into consideration not just the costsNot sure if it's still the case, but the Hagon unit for the 850 was longer than the OE shock and raised the rear meaning it leant over a long way when on the side stand.
Cheers
