Apologies if this is repeating whats already common knowledge, i did a search but getting older an stoopider.... I have been looking at R1/R6/FZ1 front wheels so I can get different/stickier front tyres, given up on the off road thing for the time being,  I have found a few here and there from the correct years but on one side they have a " Hex" type casting instead of round, are these wheels correct?

here's a pic of one with the hex thing..

 thanks

Hex wheels are no good, round ones roll so much better, even the cavemen sussed that one.....

Current toys: '99 XT600E, 2000 4TX, '82 Princess 30DS (where the username comes from), No longer a '03 Fazer thou.

Save the planet, it's the only one with beer!

Actually, they didn't.. 3500-4000bc for the wheel, cavemen way earlier.. Maybe they did invent square wheels due to the handbrake not being invented till centuries later.. :good: :good:

Cool, Thanks.. It's a 4VX but no other numbers, I though they had to have all the numbers on there like whats mentioned on the JBX site, but maybe not, seller reckons the rest of the numbers are just yamaha part numbers? Nice looking TDM :good:
