I need to know the name of the part that the oil filter housing cover bolts in to. When I torqued it back in with a rachet two month's ago let's just say it went right tighty to loosey. It's been sitting out my back two months was to embarrassed to get it sorted 😂 so one of the bolts in the oil filter housing won't thread in so need name of the the part of sump the oil filter cover screws into .

I think you will find that two of the bolts screw into the crankcase itself so if it is one of those has stripped you will need to remove sump and helicol as required.

From memory, so could well be wrong. As said above, the bolts are different lengths. If it's a longer one stripped,it bolts into the crankcase, so new part would be a huge job. I'd go for trying a slightly longer bolt to take up undamaged thread. If it's a shorter one, same thing, but a helicoil repair may be possible, or even thicker bolt and new thread.
Interested to know how this ends.

I'm with Picard. Stick a terminal screwdriver up the damaged hole and measure it. If it's more than 10 mm deeper than the bolt length you may get away with a longer bolt. 10nm max on those bolts. I don't trust a torque wrench for such low settings. Finger tight and then a very light nip is enough....

Lock tight with a stud instead of a bolt? Get it right to the end of the threads without screwing it in hard. Once the lock tight has gone off cut the stud to length.

+1....another good fix. Silver steel or other epoxy would be good to hold the stud.
