Well if all else fails, I can pick you up. I used to do a bit of the old airport taxi-ing (fond memories rushing back aaahhhh.....) And I don't live to far from Grantham. My work is damn flexible and I'm all over the place so it won't be any trouble to work it in.

Hi PV and thanks for your very kind offer.

Looks like my relation in Desborough who usually collects me, will be in hospital having a cancer removed at the time, so your offer will be very much appreciated.

Arrival Heathrow Tuesday 23 August 12 pm

Qatar Airlines Terminal 4

If that is still OK with you, perhaps pm your mobile!

Kind regards

Kym

Latest Itinerary is added to first post.

Open to variation suggestions   :good:

Many thanks for the very much appreciated, kind offers of a bed or two, it helps to make the trip a much more "family" orientated experience.

Looking forward to catching up soon.

Cheers

Will try and meet at Cris Walkers depending on what times you call breakfast. Working on a plan for Wales as Jo's given me a pass out. May have to involve a tent or B+B :badgerrock:

Just seen the other post for 10am breaky plans.

Kym, can you check your rear wheel and see if it's a 3VD one please.  I have a suspicion that it might be.  It would be stamped 3VD on the disc side hub.  Cheers me dears. :good:  If it is then it'll use 3VD cush drive rubbers.  If it's a 4TX wheel, I have some nearly new wubbaz for it.

tried fitting 4TX wubbaz to a 3VD wheel and they're not deep enough, they just hang off the wubba joining strips.  They also don't have the stubs that press int uh t'holes on t'hub.  Not sure if carriers are same or not.

3VD hub. Steve notice that they were quite sloppy when we took the wheel off to fit new tyres.
