For the first time since my op, I'll be sticking a boot on my scabby big toe and making my way to Ollerton to see if I can ride my bike without causing a bloodbath in me boot.

 

Anyone fancy meeting up fer a chinwag ?  I've got photos of my big toe, in various stages of gruesomeness, to show.

 

I'll be there at 9-30am -10am

Blocked off the air valve and cut the brown/black wire to the ecu for the hell of it. Already blocked the vac pipe. Will be out for a test but I ain't coming that far, full of man flu anyway.

No worries chaps, I'll be heading off to Mick's from there so it won't be a wasted journey for me.

Seems no-one wanted to see my gruesome toe pics....bunch o wooses.   Still, nice to get out on the bike, even though the weather was grey and drizzly.

 

Good to see birthday boy Sidey and family again.   Look forward to seeing the latest addition to the stable.   Bloody freezing on the way home without the vario.

 

Managed to catch my toe on the gearchange lever a couple o times, didn't hurt one bit...not !  Might have to wait another week or so until it heals over.
