Oh, you meant for the bike, sorry.
Try these guys. www.motorbike-seats.co.uk John got his ZZR done by them - gel pad etc. Good price and seat. You'll see it later at the g2g.

I got my original 9er seat sorted by a local guy who specialises in such things and its perfect. He raised the height by a couple of inches to suit my longish legs: cost just £50.
You could try looking thru your local Yellow Pages under motor vehicle services or alternatively under motor cycle services

That said, Corbin does a nice TDM 850 seat (I'm using one, and coincidentally they are local to me). It has to be the single biggest improvement in riding comfort I've made. I don't know how people can even use the original seats on those. The Corbin is well done, but weighs a ton. The shell is much sturdier than the stock one.

i was thinking of getting one of those bagster tank covers and they also do seat covers for the Mark 1 1991 @ £42.99 +p&p (and other tdm models too)
http://www.intobikes...id=i2b_imgbut_0
they provide the following blurb about fitting:
Bagster Replacement Seat covers are just that! A very affordable way to replace any damaged or torn seat cover. They are only available in Black, just like the seat cover your bike came with. (readers paying attention will say my TDM does not have a black seat cover)
Installation advice
1. For installation, use a pneumatic or electric stapler. Use staples no. 6 to no. 8. Work alone or with another person. Leave the original cover on your saddle.
2. Centre the front and rear of the cover first of all, then the 2 sides, following the elastic edges.
3. Stretch the cover well so that the elastic passes right under the saddle; work the PVC to move the elastic under. Never leave it on the edge.
4. Staple the front centre and rear centre, near the elastic (not on the PVC).
5. Check that the cover is well stretched and that the elastic is correctly placed under the saddle.
6. Next staple the 2 sides in the middle. Finish by going all the way around the saddle. Always staple on the elastic.
Or, if you go direct to Bagster, you can design your own seat cover

not sure of price, i think you design and they give you a price - some very nice options though

Mind you, my previous commuter was an Africa Twin with a iron-board-like seat: Perhaps good enough for Africa, but(t) definitely not for getting you there
I bought a gel cushion from M&P that strapped on top of the AT seat but that was extremely wobbly and unsettling. I then carefully removed a number of staples from the cover, cut out a thin layer of the original foam to exactly fit the gel-insert in, and stapled it all back again. You could barely see it and if I had looked a little closer at where most of my bum actually rested on the seat (around 6 inches behind the insert: doh!) it might have worked really well
