Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Go on then, name an interesting proggy on tv ? At least we get to see motorbikes on tv with Mystic and anyone foolish enough to pay £300 for a rusty 'ol Dennis lawn mower that can be had in mint condition for £75 has godda be worth watching.

I loved the ride when he wasn't sure if it was possible to make the last 18miles of his average at best ... Erm I mean best ever ride ... Cous ... Itwas raining !!!! Lolzio.

I would be hard pushed to name many decent TV programmes how bout Jeremy Kyle and judge Rinder for some quality viewing

Don't about you guys but I've sat through a couple of his ' best rides' programmes and jeez is he boring he makes a liquorice all sort seem interesting ☺

Cole's a patronising erse. Both these programmes could be so much better with a decent presenter.
His only saving grace for me was on the travel show I watched when in an emotional outburst he fessed up to being a junkie some 18 years previously and wouldn't be here to "present" if he hadn't used bikes to sort himself out.
He's still an erse.................
