No - looks a cracking hotel though
Stayed at Suances, nearby - and that CA-131 Suances to Unquera is a cracking road
Go on to the Picos from Unquera, then to Panes - turn right towards Cangas de Onis - from there left to go to Riano,
Left at Riano towards Potes - Potes back to Unquera, then back to your hotel.
You will then be tired out & have completed the best day's riding in your entire life

Thanks for that Mr Stand, we haven't been to this area before so any info is gratefully received....
.....I had a look at that route on G Maps - something like this ?....
We leave Santillano on Tuesday morn and from there we have a hotel booked along the coast in Ribadeo for one night and then on to Santiago de Compostela for two nights.
We will be leaving Santiago on the Saturday morning and our ferry back from Santander leaves on Monday so we have three more days (two nights) to plan routes and book hotels - any suggestions ?

I'm not at all jealous you lucky bas man. The Picos is a riders paradise, stunning roads, fook all traffic, stunning views and lovely people. We stayed at the Hotel del Oso about 8 miles south of Potes, amazing value for money.

Had a look at that hotel - looks great and has some top reviews - it's in the suggestion box !
Ah yes, I am indeed a lucky bastion of society....... er, that is what you were going to say isn't it
We are four in number and I shall be TDM mounted with one other Yamaha rider (FJR). Unfortunately the other two only have a new Honda Africa Twin and BM' GS1200..... but I'm sure they'll be able to manage ok
