Sounds like amazing stuff looking at their website!
I like it and it cleaned a rusted tank up nicely ( not full on thick rust) it's eco friendly and can be diluted with 20 litres of water so ideal, quite a few car restorers fill a bath and dunk rusty metal parts in the bath for a week or two, it's a bit slow but i also like it does'nt damage paintwork..

Start with Allen bolt, turn it down, or you could use a wobble broach. Allen bolt is faster.

Happened to me today, I thought the zinc plating is coming off that gear lever pivot, leaving rust in the key hole. So ....
Made myself a better one. Made two in fact, another bike I know needs one.

I've fitted the new footpeg pivot pins a la maison Henty, which look great, but seem to be stuck with a bar steward tight gear change lever pivot bolt! It does about an eight of a turn either way but no more. Are these a threaded "normally, am I missing something or do I give it the full massive upper body strength experience?

Heat it with small nozzle heat gun, but protect cover as it's plastic. It's M8 standard screw. They tend to corrode in place, due to mild steel screw and alloy thread.

It's a normal bolt but they tend to corrode. Steel in alloy.

All done. Thanks for input gentlemen.
Slight warming with heat gun, a good fitting Allen driver on big ratchet and it came out. There was a lot of blue thread locker on it, which I'll replace. Certainly looks better. Thanks again.
