Hi all i keep my TDM insured  all the time but i have other bikes i would like to insure and change them round the are just 125cc to 250cc for fun in the summer but its costing me a £38 admin fee every time i do it anyone got good multi bike or a policy with free bike changes or lower admin fees

Mine just has the least expensive boike as an add on, on the same policy. Was with a good company...can't remember name which was bought by devitts, I think. Still seems ok. Approx £100 for old TDM and old durrzz.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Active member of TPLQHCSRSFC and TSRMCMAS (even though a year off) and avid fan of PM not sent.

the problem is if its added on when i want to use one of the other cheapies they will charge £38 to change it

There is daily insurance. Could be expensive though.

back in the day you had norwich union rider policy you insured any bike up to a defined cc limit

Cant you put all of them on one policy ! otherwise your gonna be raped every time, if not find an insurer who will do it for you, Sidey has 11-13 bikes on his policy.

I put my old mk1 on my 9'er policy as a second bike, don't recall it costing me any extra for premiums or admin fees.  Mighta done it when bike insurance was up for renewal.


Mk2a 2000 in Silver. Top end Refurb @ 41100 miles, Scottoiler, Renthal Road High Bars, Up & Back Bar Risers, Bellypan, DL650 Handguards, Capt. I have 3 bikes on a classic policy, £130 fully comp and breakdown too

Mods; Oil pressure switch, neoprene rear inner mudguard, scottoiler, highway pegs,  fenda extenda, 1999 carbs and airbox, Kais suspension setup, later clutch springs, LED lamps, Metmachex swingarm, Hagon Shock, Oxford heated grips, 4 way fused accessory Bus, 17" 3CV front wheel, Michellin R6 tyres, GPS speedo, 5' ignition advance.
