I'm up for it. Not too keen on camping, so will go for the bunk house. Any ferry is ok with me.
Are we doing a block booking or are we booking individually?

Why not the Sunday night? It's a bank holiday Monday. If we (girlfiend could well be up for it on her Divvy) can make this we'll probably stay Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights leaving us Friday and Monday for travelling it's probably 5-6 hours to Liverpool with a relatively new rider in tow.

Chris, the only reason for me was still to have bank holiday Monday off at home to do things.

If you want to stay on another night good.gif Go for it.

I am sure Pensioner Pete would stay on, every day is bank holiday for him !

Good to hear you can make it Pete, Its starting to fill up into a RGT, ( Reet get together ! ).

all right, all right, all right - OAP-dom its not as cushy as it looks, bear in mind:

1. I can only stay as long as SWMBO now also a pensioner, allows it
2. my bus pass does NOT work on IoM , even though I spent 42 years in the industry
3. I can no longer play football anymore like you young guys, and am condemned to only watch NUFC (and tear me hair oot)
4. you will be old and creaky yourselves someday don't forget

......but I am still looking forward to April

What you all must remember is the need now for 'Travel Insurance' for the island cause 'Greedy Gordon' scrapped the reciprocal arrangement with the Manx Health Service, and if anyone is unlucky enough to hurt themselves badly, whilst walking back from the pub etc they could have a nasty bill. excl.gif

For a challenging summer try the

Round Britain Rally.....

punishment.gif ohmy.gif I stand corrected, didn't think they had reached agreement. However I suggest you read the last paragraph which could come into play.
Names Graham by the way.

Well, Graham By-the-way. you have a point !

The Isle of Man Government’s Department of Health stresses that repatriation is not and never has been covered by the Reciprocal Healthcare Agreement. It is therefore strongly recommended that all residents who travel off the Isle of Man should make sure that they have appropriate and adequate insurance in place to cover repatriation.
