Took this in Glencoe on the way south last week. That is Buachaille Etive Mòr in the background. I had to get Frank to move his Stelvio to get the proper pic, but including him since he is a former TDM owner.

The last pic is of the Five Sisters of Kintail. Having crossed from Skye on the manual Kylerhea Ferry, this is at the top of the military road from Glenelg.

Beautiful.

One of my section leaders retired last week, and we bought him a square foot of land thereabouts. He is now Lord of Glencoe, with a very fancy deed and a diploma.

Yes. I believe he had it surgically removed at the Border.

Yes….. I do like it despite it being very heavy to push around on my gravel drive it’s very nimble once on the move. Ali’s being kind when he says “niggles”…..  I had a catastrophic dashboard failure about a week before this trip but managed to source a replacement through a very helpful MG version of the TDM god called Lee H

I blame Martin (Catsbum)……. He let me ride his Stelvio when he had one and then Ruby came along shortly after

At risk of doing something exciting!

True dat. When I see pics like this I feel a little home sick. Then I remember last time I went over Glencoe in July it snowed.

Yikes, that sounds like more than a minor niggle.

Clearly Martin gets through bikes even faster than I thought, I didn't know he'd had one
