Presume the bulb is good???
Yeh, swapped the dip beam but no luck.
It is to the right of the ecu . It only triggers when engine is started .

The ideal is to check up:
1) To generate doubt should not replace the fuse, seeking new test.
2) Inspect the inside of the fuse box to see if there are broken wire underneath the fuse contacts. The contacts are not Hulk? (green)
3) Inspect the connecting plugs to the bulbs.
4) Inspect the relay - you may already have found it.
5) Post Rallyst - bulbs are good?
6) It's rare, but I've seen the crack in the weld wire inside the switch that turns the headlight on the right wrist.
7) Inspect possible broken wire between the button and the headlight bulbs
8) Any member carpe once said: - Prayer Rug
I hope you find just the focus of the problem and lowest cost.
Cheers

Fuses good and no oxidisation (hulk - I love that one!), the bulbs and bulb connections are good and clean, if the relay isn' t at fault I'll check out the wiring and switches.
JBX, thanks, that might save a few quid!
