Morning (UK) all,

Can someone please tell me how long the plug spanner is in your toolkit?

My bike didn't come with a kit and I need to change the plugs but none of my plug spanners work ok.
One is too wide and the other too short.

Arse.

I can get 2 lengths: 285mm or 160mm

(if anyone's interested, these fellas are a lot cheaper than that German site I found mentioned here)

Which one would be best?

Thanks as usual, drinks.gif

I don't have a plug spanner in mine but I use a 19mm (x 64mm long) socket, it's too big but does the trick; with an extender which makes the two 120mm long in total... I need to get the radiator off either way - don't know if this helps atall atall unsure.gif huh.gif

the plug spanner i use is 100mm, its one i had from another bike (poss the xj6) which i've cut down and drilled a hole in the top so i can get a allen key / stubby screw driver in for leaverage.

i can do both the plugs, without taking the rad off, nice rolleyes.gif
