I really love the design here. Reminds me of classic designs in the 70's, like my fave the YDS7. If I was in my 20's this bike would be on the top of my list.

It looks great in my opinion, but should have 2 clocks not just the one.

Muddy - I too had a YDS7, gold and black, it was beautiful.

It is the MT-09 triple engine. Not sure if it has the Tracer's 'softer' throttle.

Get used to that. Duplication is the norm here. Maybe a mod will merge it.

(I will contain the urge to just repeat Muddy's post.)

:)

Yeah, I've done the IAM. And yeah, I recommend it (any so-called 'advanced training' come to that; not just IAM): A low cost training course based on the system used by the police, which is largely common sense once pointed out, making one smoother, quicker and safer. What's not to like? And why would one not want to tell others?  :hide:

You shudda put some info or photos up like Dandy did, helps get the conversation started. ;)  Even if it inevitably ends up going off topic.

I like it, never get tired of looking at the Kenny Roberts design either.

MT-09 seems to press virtually every button ( power/weight/handling/price/looks) so good on them for trying to place it in as many market niches as possible. (naked/street-fighter/"adventure-tourer" and now "70s retro")

No "cruiser" yet .... or full dress "bagger" whatever that is ... :)

Pete

Actually a sports (TRX-style) version might be interesting .... 115bhp and 180kg?
