Hi

How hard is to remove the header pipes. Always been very nervous about snapping the studs.

Is there a sequence...oil soak remove?

Want them off as dirty and require some cats loving

Thanking you

Ah yes I remember when mine looked like that.....

The studs are just rust blobs. Everything works so I don't want to risk taking it apart.

Same here, 13 years of all year riding, with my washing regime has taken its toll, ACF50 can only do so much

I have to say Martin, I doubt the headers were much cleaner than that when it was new!! I certainly wouldn't bother removing them just to bullsh*t polish them up. They're easy enough to clean in situ. So I'm told  ;)

Mine came off pretty easily after an overnight soak of plus gas, and you know what condition they'd have been in compared to yours :D
