Removed alarm today and I can not get it going. Started with fault code 19 faulty alarm or sidestand, then went to 1 no signal from Ecu and now I'm on 11 no signal from cylinder sensor, losing the will to live. 2003 TDM900.

Me electrical dept once helped wicky decipher the requirements for datatool alarm removal. I can't remember any details whatsoever but wicky might remember else might find it in search facility.
.. Good luck!

Take it you followed an accepted removal process. I've heard of alarms being a real pita to remove. Assume you got everything out? All the connections back together properly? I'm just guessing here with things I've heard. Have you checked JBX site for help:https://www.tdm-yama...ex.php?page=CS1
There are other people who may be able to give you a more complete answer along soon.
BTW - welcome!

Well Dappers & Leonwolf i had a wiring diagram of the alarm that was fitted to my TDM along with the Haynes manual which helped with cross referencing the various wires. Once Dapleb Snr. had explained it all to me and tried to make me understand that electrical circuits are alot loike a hot water system all i had to do was snip a wire here and there and rejoin the odd one here and there, it started first press of the starter. I am goin to remove a Meta System alarm from Mole's Versys at sum pint in time as it really drains the battery in no time.

Turns out someone tried to remove previously couldn't do it and bodged it together, it's a frigging rats nest, wish I hadn't started it
ok i guess it's not yer only form of transport, so if thas true then i'd walk away from it till ya get a wiring diagram or someone can come over and help ya out. I wonder if there is anyone else with a partially stripped down 900 that could send some pics of the wiring loom that may assist you.

good idea Coxy, at that (katie) price they cud buy it simply to use it as a reference in conjunction with the original loom. I reckon they cud figger out what wires need cutting and rejoining in order to take the alarm out of the circuit.

There are a couple of earlier looms on ebay but are going for silly money. The manuals on JBX site should have the wiring diagram.
Leon - can you reverse the removal process and put the alarm back. From what I've read they can be disabled? At least you'd have your bike back.
