just signed up for the c2w scheme , and my limit is £750 , bike plus any safety items ,this is done through Halfords, so the question is which one to go for , and has anyone on here bought a bike recently from Halfords ,(road bike), and what is best clips on pedals , I have straps on my mtb at the moment and I quite like them , I tried converting that to a road bike but it still looks like an mtb , so I have decided to go for a racer this time , any comments greatly appreciated

I've got one of these a Scott Sub 20, it's a hybrid as I only rode roads. A lovely bike with disc brakes and decent running gear, I bought mine from a mate for a bargain £100 but I understand new they're around £450.

As for pedals I use mountain bike SPD''s with pair of causal clip shoes.

Hope this helps.
