Would any of you experts know what size nuts I need on a niner down pipe please.
Want to fit some new ones

Yep +1 on the marine grade dome nuts I bought a box of them in different sizes

And don't overtighten them. They have a torque setting and it isn't "arsebiscuits tight"

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

I have a few tarnished and rusty fasteners to replace.

That will teach me not to ride through the big puddles on the crossing to Lindisfarne.

it inbuilt in the male puddles have to be splashed in by bike or foot it makes no difference

Wish mine were tarnished. The bolts holding the exhaust on to the head are just a rusty mess.
