Managed to blag an NOS front disk for the TDM (£50) and have just sent away the old one to disk doctor to have a new disk made onto the centre. (£115)
Will let you know have that turns out.

Mods; Oil pressure switch, neoprene rear inner mudguard, scottoiler, highway pegs, fenda extenda, 1999 carbs and airbox, Kais suspension setup, later clutch springs, LED lamps, Metmachex swingarm, Hagon Shock, Oxford heated grips, 4 way fused accessory Bus, 17" 3CV front wheel, Michellin R6 tyres, GPS speedo, 5' ignition advance.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

the disk doctor disk arrived yesterday and I must say, pretty good.
the bobbins are holey ones so a little different to OEM and they have circlips and wavey washer holding them in.
had to wait a while for postage as it was bank holiday and royal mail need 3 days to start delivering again

Circlips may be better for cleaning

I can just stick a bolt in there and trun the bobbins round now, even easier

If that's a paint finish, will the discs run true when seated?
