That's a shame. I've just done an Advanced Motorcycle course and would recommend training for anyone. I had a blast!

I've done a few advanced riding sessions, and I'm still practising, but haven't done the RoSPA test yet. No major rush though.

Yeah, I'm lucky to get it all paid for and to do it all in one intense course. We also do a lot more than you can on a RoSPA.
Most fun I've ever been paid for

I've been considering going down that route, but spending 2 years doing non bike related stuff seems pretty hard. I'd like to skip straight on to the riding training and spend all day riding about .
Although spending a sunny day in black leathers would be fairly hot, riding all weather would be tough.

It took me almost 17 years to get the course!
It is hot in black leathers all day, but the paniers are big enough for a few litres of drinking water

Honda Pan European ST1300.
I've just completed my course on the Pan plus a Blackbird and VFR850's. (I'm sure you can see a Honda theme running through our fleet...)
At home the TDM is the only bike I own.
BTW my involvement with music is far more interesting than my work

I think it's a really interesting job, I'm jealous.
What's your musical involvement? Do you have something to do with Marillion? I used to work with a guy who was obsessed with them, he was into hondas too.

I am part of the team who run their Fanclub/ Info Service for the english speaking world and have been lucky enough to crew for them a few times.
Have a look at my MySpace page, www.marillion.com or www.theweb-uk.com if you're interested.

I love the fact that the LHS had all the gizmos/buttons/doohickies on and the RHS was just a marker pen in a little clip for writing stuff on the tank.
