Now I just need to fit the autocom, radio, satnav, power socket, handguards, centre stand and dogbones to the bike, buy some E21s, and maybe buy some new cans, air filter, power commander and lowered footpegs. As I'm now a 900 rider I might have a go at some of this before June.
Oh and when I'm panicking the day before the ferry that I can't find the booking reference numbers, someone remind me that I've put a printout in the bike owners handbook folder

Go for it fella's,, if you have never been to this neck of the woods i can tell you its magnificent,, spent a good part of my younger days here,,the ride up to is a blast and would be worth coming back down only to go up the other route,, then from Berchtasgaden ya would be best going on the Alpinestrasse and make your way to Felden,, which is directly on Lake Chiemsee,,home for me,,take lunch at the Badehaus, owned by an Englishman, then head off towards Garmisch Partenkirchen and on some great roads,,,you should be able to get to Masserburg i reckon without Autobahn.
Stunning area Berchtasgaden.
Edit...Hmmm i need to be in this neck of the woods to get some paperwork sorted over SWMBO's pension,,, to early for me to know if i can get the date from work yet,,,mb i could meet up with me warmebruder X
