Kelpie, give it ago, but give yourself time to get used to how the paint flows, I am not artistic but I understand how to shade, make stencils etc to get the final effect. I can impart my little knowledge to give you help. I will also send you a few links if you want Kelpie on good forums for airbrushing and where I buy paints and other things from.

Nice, small enough not to dominate but large enough to individualise the bike. The figure you air brushed on the front of the LHS fairing though is scary

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

its just practicing and understanding shadows and high lighted areas. if it goes wrong just start again, and again until your happy with it. its relaxing
next job after this one is a Saxo VTR rocker cover.
think then early next year i got some work on a bike, side panels, tail tank nose fairing, tribal designs

Do you have to clean the spray equipment every time you use a different colour Dave ? Or do you have lickle pots wi' various colours that you swap over ?

I was out everytime then blow exess water away. lucky enogh with this one its mainly transparent black in the guns, wide spray and pencil spray. the large areas were done with rattle cans.
