Excellent stuff Drewpy, I lived in Darley Dale for a while, the Square & Compass was one of my many haunts, that and the Three Stags, just up the road. Near where you camped, is a bus shelter opposite the Whitworth Institute. As 16 year olds, we would meet there on our mopeds and razz around the district. The locals nicknamed us the "Darley Outlaws" . I've been skinny dipping in the river behind the camp site as a youth, but fortunately, no photos exist!
