Hi all, I dont know if this is of an use, I had to saw a exhaust flange off to free my headers ( better than a snapped off stud. How ever it was only after this that I found that they are captive.😩any way a friend of mine made me these. And they work a treat.

Very nice fix...header collets..that was standard factory practice back in the seventies. Takes some dexterity to get four sets in all at once while supporting a one piece exhaust.

Thanks for the drawing by the way..may come in handy some day for somebody. I'm a compulsive copaslip once a year man missel..

No problem for the drawing, I was going to get him to make an other two sets but he lost his job at the Birmingham collage , probably for getting the students to make motorcycle parts😂😂😂. Any way we have the drawing so we are half way there.

exhaust colletts. Brings back nighmares of skinned knuckles and frustration from my Kawasaki GPZ turbo. Buggers to balance all at once.
