G'day people. FRODG requested a template to allow modification of his existing TigerScreen to the new design shape.

My pleasure to provide it for all.

simply print out the template at the dimensions indicated & cut out the shape. Secure the template to the top of your screen & mark the appropriate line following the bottom edge
of the template.

Cut & round off & you're all done.

Please bear in mind that because each screen is hand made & of differring heights there will be some variation in the final result.
i.e. those with taller screens will have a bit of a straight section on either side below the curved top portion of the screen. Never the less this template will produce approximately
the correct shape. NOTE: Those with short screens may find that the Template works better if the pointy bits at the bottom are used to align rather than with the screen top edge.




Also I recommend fitting 8 x 15mm nylon washers ( M5 size screw hole ) to front & backside of screen to re-enforce mounting points ( see photo of TigerScreen Mk2 in for sale section )
