Spotted a nice blue mkII on a classic bike stand at the NEC classic car & bike show.

A really really nice cake stall, piled mega high, fresh and delicious!!!!

And not a complete rip off either. Nom nom.

is the TDM 850 old enough to be a classic ? Mmmm Nice  :cake eating:

This show seems to have a high ticket price don't it ?

It was free but the cake was 1.50! Which I thought not too bad for NEC prices.

At last, me Mk2's are  'Classics '  

 

Now mebbe they'll start appreciating in value & get me back some of all that money spent on pampering them  :rolleyes:

 

At least now, there'll be a bit o' truth in what I've been telling Mrs S all these years, that they're 'investments'   ;)

Oh mate. I really like doughnuts, especially a nice apple filled one, but these yankyfied ones, that are smothered in in icing SUCK dude. It's diabetes and a mobility scooter for you my lad unless you mend your ways :punishment:

Ha funny as me mate called it the diabetes stall!

There were loads of lovely choices, for 2.50 you could get a choc donut the size of a loaf. . . I just managed to avoid that.

Massive cake habit balanced with massive exercise habit so I dont feel too bad about the dog nut. I do however slightly regret not going for the loaf sized option.

thas the blue MK2 with the badly cracked frame innit ?  saw the pics on Faceache and it's real bad.


spyball alarm/immob, bluespot brake calipers and Stainless hoses, Fournales air adjustable shock with Remote Resevoir, forks raised 10mm thru yokes, racetech linear fork springs in 15 wt oil, Kappa wingrack/luggage, heated grips, Kedo handguards, dual heat controller to power heated jacket liner and or pants!!, Stebel 136DB horn, K&N air filter, colour matched Baglux tank cover (magnetic tank bag modified to fit cover), osram +50% headloight bulbs, headlight protector,"NitramSpecial" parking loight, tail light indicators all running on LED's & incorporate "Lite Buddies", MK7 Scottoiler fitted, taller screen, 2-2 stainless steel CCC's, Devil stainless down pipes. MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.
engine changed july 2007 on a dyno run it made 79.1BHP / Torque 59.9Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.

I loike tay and hang sangwiches !
