Just seen a 900 GT...(first in the flesh) and was quite impressed by the extended fairing kind of wind deflecting hand protecting top fairing extention doodah. Unfortunately couldn't photograph it to make it clearer. I've exhausted google and can't find these parts anywhere, so over to someone with more savvy / knowledge. What do we know about the gt. ( am assumi g it was a proper gt by all the bling, ie fairing lowers, bigger screen and the aforementioned. Attempting to get a pic from tinterweb.Attached File  yamaha-900-tdm-gt-deflecteu.jpg   55.29KB   0 downloads

I think French police 9ers had these fitted. Maybe JBX site has mention of them?

Thanks fellas. I'd found both those articles, but was looking for the parts and the possibility of an upgrade. Seen french police bikes but dont recall then being GTs.

Cheers Dabbers. Glad I'm not alone in not being able to find these things......not following the BP badge thing.......

Could this be why!!

The French police / gendarmerie have the standard TDM (slightly modified for the gendarmerie), not the GT one.

The GT model was available only in France, it is an importer modified model.

Afair the mods where also available from different manufacturers in France, but I don't remember who it was.

Shame on me !
