I'm planning to experience the Hardknott Pass this weekend, probably Sunday.

 

No specific times or deadlines so far but if anyone else fancies it I can change my plans to suit.

 

Apparently the steepest bit of public tarmac in the UK, some people even stall going downhill, obviously not on a TDM

The pot holes and tarmac ripple is terrible in parts when we did it last year, with much trepidation. Take great care with this one!

I wish I still had the KTM 620, it would have been ideal in that case, thanks for the headsup

Amarko aka hartsideman was our expert in that area. Dunno if he is still riding but may be worth giving him a shout when ewe plan to go.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
