I saw the recent post regarding lubricating chains and looked at the link to the ‘Pack Jack’. Thinking this would be useful on my travels this year I considered buying one. However the price seemed to be rather high as they only seem to be available from California. So I made my own!

The second batch have now been completed and all those prebooked have been sold. I have 3 left.

Aluminium construction with stainless steel pivot pin. Ideal for lubricating the chain whilst on the road or just rotating the wheel to get to the valve.




Notched version.



I can supply with either a flat top (as in the top photo) or with a notch to suit bobbins etc.

I will take some pics when the bike is off the paddock stand with the rear wheel back in. I have tested the steel prototype and it works exactly as the Pack Jack video.

Hi Steve, even although ive a centre stand on the tdm, i could prob use this on the other bikes,
if i order the one with the notch cut out, could prob use that for bikes with bobbins or not ?
what do you reccomend, n how do i make payment

The notch would be a 16mm radius on the centre line of the top section. I have a mini bobbin fitted to the swing arm, opposite side to the chain. The remainder of the top section would still form a flat top.
