Did you hear the one about the magician who went into a gay bar?

He disappeared with a "poof!"

When the statisticians say that 1 in 10/15 peeps in the UK are gay..............I wonder how many of the good folks of our fraternity here get offended by these offhand comments??? ...........how many 900 owners have given up their steeds to rid themselves of innuendo .................how many have bought Viragos or scooters to become more socially accepted in their society............how many have felt forced to go out and buy Cordura clothing rather than feel comfortable and at peace with themselves in their soft leather, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm huh.gif

There's 169 members at the moment, so statistically, about 17ish people on this site are gay, alyhough I imagine that the members of this site don't represent an overall cross-section of british society (take wicky for example), so does that mean that more or less of our members are gay?

This all begs the question, does it matter? blink.gif

ok...... I may as well be the first (and possibly the only). I'm gay, not that it matters. It's about as important as being left-handed., just a trait.

I do not mind the gay jokes.... quite enjoy some of them. Carpe would never tolerate homophobia so whats wrong with a chuckle. But I must ask.... why the hell is the TDM900 a 'gay' bike.

Save you a bit of wondering... I am not a florist or hairdresser.
Criminal justice and was a vietnam veteran and combat arms officer.

(EDIT:)
I work with the mentally challenged now, (maybe why I feel so 'at home' here).
Feels good to help rather than just try to keep people locked up.

As for a good chuckle try this out.... (A post of mine from Comedy Central)
QUOTE
The Pope was finishing his sermon and He ended it with the Latin
phrase, "Tuti Homini" - Blessed be Mankind.

A women's rights group approached the Pope the next day. They
noticed that the pope blessed all Mankind, but not Womankind
The next day, after His sermon, the Pope concluded by saying,
"TutiHomini, et Tuti Femini" - Blessed be Mankind and Womankind.

The next day, a gay-rights group approached the Pope. They said
that they noticed that he blessed man kind and woman kind, and
asked if he could also bless gay people. The Pope said, "Sure".
The next day, the Pope concluded his sermon with,
"Tuti Homini, et Tuti Femini, et Tuti Fruiti."

Ohhh we are in comedy central! Mr. G, gives me an idea... can headers in different forums be different colors or something?
If they start a 900 forum it could be pink.

If I wasn't here and could actually choose among the Mk1, Mk2, or Mk3.....

The Mk2 would win hands down! Beautiful curvaceous lines.
