I bought this F650GS for my other half in May 2021. She soon decided that she wasn't interested and it sat unused for the best part of a year. Fast forward to June 2022 and my TDM let me down!!! (actually it was the Meta alarm  :) ) just days before a 5000 mile trip to Nordkapp. The little GS was pressed into service last minute and didn't miss a beat, in fact it was the perfect tool for the job!

I've spent the winter months 'sorting it out' with the intention keeping it for myself but then, for some inexplicable reason, I bought another bike so now I need the garage space! Therefore the little GS has to go!

There's practically zero miles on all of this stuff...

  • Full service (oil, oil filter, air filter, valve clearances, oil lever pivot points, etc.)
  • New throttle and clutch cables (OEM)
  • New front brake disc (OEM Brembo) and pads
  • Refurbished the front end - new oil seals, bushes and dust covers, 12.5w fork oil, new taper roller steering head bearings, new left-hand fork leg.
  • New bearings, seals and bushes in the rear suspension pivot arm
  • New Puig front fender extender

I did the following soon after we bought the bike in 2021, so all less than 2 years/6,000 miles old.
Full Service (oil, oil filter, air filter, oil control cables and lever pivot points, new Iridium spark plug)

  • New rear brake disc (Galfer) and pads
  • New DID X ring chain and JT sprockets
  • New Metzler Tourance rear tyre

Study the pics and you'll see the little GS isn't in showroom condition, but with a little less than 36,000 miles on the clock that shouldn't be a surprise. Mechanically and electrically it's great, there are no issues as far as I know. There's plenty of life left in the tyres - Tourance rear, Tourance Next front; brakes, chain and sprockets have all been recently replaced. I used from Motorworks for the font-end and suspension knuckle renovation.

The bike comes with the GIVI touring screen (excellent) and OEM Vario panniers and BMW top box. The panniers and top case that all work off the ignition key. There's a spare key too and a pretty extensive record of MOT's and service, garage bills from the previous owner. A Haynes manual is also included in the sale.

£SOLD

The bike is MOT'd until 20th June 2023, but for the full asking price I'll get it freshly MOT'd for the buyer and include a set of new inner bags for the panniers.

Contact me with any questions or to arrange a viewing. I'm located about 10 miles N.E. of Carlisle, Cumbria.
