Clutch Basket

just having a nosey at the clutch basket,

it has 2 x red springs which are tight,

and 4 blue springs which are lose

is this correct or should the blue springs be tight also

Sounds about right to me, once the red springs compress the blue ones come into play, a form of progressive spring damping.

I've never looked though.
