Just the cardboard is for sale.  The exhaust is to stop the wind blowing it away for the photo ;)

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Don't be silly, the cloth is to stop being nicked by speed cameras.
